Nyema Williams-Thomas and Tim Hett are dedicated bankers normally found at The Sandy Springs Community Bank expertly handling the affairs of the bank’s customers. But one morning a week, they head over to Hammond Glen, a senior community not far from the bank. There they set up as on-the-spot tellers to open accounts, process deposits and handle financial needs of the residents at Hammond Glen.

“We look forward to our days at Hammond Glen,” Nyema explains. “We get to personally handle all our clients’ banking needs from the lobby of their home. They enjoy full-service banking without the drive! All they need to do is come down the elevator to make deposits and transfers, open CDs and catch up on the latest rates.”
